PURCHASE ORDERS: Computer Security Products, Inc. accepts all Educational/Government Institution Purchase Orders. We also accept corporate purchase orders from approved companies. To apply for credit, please fax your standard credit references to the fax number on the bottom of the page.
OTHER PAYMENT TYPES: Orders can also be charged to your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or prepaid by check or money order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders over $200 from outside the US or Canada must be pre-paid by electronic funds transfer. Please call or email for details.
RETURNS: Equipment may not be returned for warranty or credit without our authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping carton. Authorization numbers are available from the main office. Any returned equipment which is to be credited against your account must be returned in like new condition. A 20% restocking and testing fee will be charged for non-defective returns to be credited to your account. Returns for non-defective merchandise will not be accepted after 60 days. The STOP Security Plates are non-returnable due to customization. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. Call 800-466-7636 for RMA# and shipping address for returns.
